New Workout Facility in Owatonna, Minnesota

This is a community of health and fitness advocates who want to empower and encourage each other by teaching one another how to exercise safely in order to promote healthy lifestyles and build strength and confidence. We provide a 24/7 comprehensive gym consisting of cardio and weight lifting equipment.

Kids as young as 12 are allowed. Legal guardian supervision is suggested for 12 to 13 (family membership of at least 2 required). 14 and older can work out unsupervised. All guardians must sign up their minors in person.

Personal Training Services

All programs can either be self-guided, virtual, or in person. They are designed to build confidence in the gym around free weights. They can be used at any fitness center or home gym with free weights. They can also be customized with different options depending on what equipment is offered at each gym. All programs can be repeated for life. Visit our gym to get started!
